It was conveniently located to my family - we were attending a funeral.
The air conditioner was extremely noisy, leaving us to choose between comfort and sleep.

The hotel was basically fine, although I guess I'm accustomed to staying in more upscale facilities. It was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom (toilet/shower space) was extremely small. There was a wire hanging out of the wall, reflecting an incomplete construction job. The waffles were a hit; coffee not so much. 3 night stay was good, continental breakfast was good, breads and pastries were fresh, and the waffle maker was a big hit.

Very friendly and accommodating employees.

Clean room, friendly staff, and good choices at continental breakfast. My room did not overlook the bay, and I never even saw the bay while I was there.

Area seemed a little seedy, but nothing bad occurred.

Convenient to all San Diego attractions and business spots alike. On a fairly busy road, but no noise in the rooms. Free breakfast good, free internet great.
